Dosage
Adults (Initial dosage):
- 2 sachets once daily.
Adults (Maintenance dosage):
- 1 sachet once daily.
Children:
- 1/2 - 1 sachet once daily.
Consume for 4 to 6 weeks for best results.
Consume sachet independently or mix with room temperature water. It is advisable to take probiotics between meals when your stomach acid levels are lower.
